Multi-directional Oriented Ptfe
UNIFLUOR ® e PTFE gasket WS 7745 HB was developed for use in stress-sensitive flange connections and consists of UNIFLUOR ® e PTFE gaske t( low viscosity) with inner eyelet, made from sintered, nearly non-porous 3MTM DyneonTM TFMTM WS 7110( high viscosity). The inner eyelet increases the prolixity resistance and reduces a possible permeation significantly. The gasket is largely pre-compacted on the outside to assure that the being stresses can be reduced as important as possible in order to reduce the pre-deformation forces. The sealing system is characterised by extremely low leakage rates and faces pressures and complies with the loftiest conditions in progress chastity.
